its supposed to retone and tighten loose skin and help you lose inches of fat in one session, some of them are meant to reduce stretch marks and breakdown cellulite!

they do actually make you loose inches in one session but you can't really notice the difference because you don't loose like 4 inches from your stomach or whereever you're trying to loose it from, its all over, so the actual amount you lose from each area is quite small.

I'm currently trying to get fit and thought I would treat myself to one, providing that I know I will feel 'lighter' and 'slimmer' after. I'm aware that I won't actually lose any fat.
