tuna sandwich with a whole can of tuna

I used to eat whole can of tuna a day for bout 2 weeks. Then i realised that it actually very bad for you, the amount of mecury in it. Aparently according to this online calculator, i should be eating a max of 1.5 cans a week! not to mind a day!

I don't understand.... You've managed to find a calculator for mercury content, but are unable to locate one that tells you gaining size is a simple matter of eating more kcals than you expend.

Do you train in a gym at all?

    lol, I'm f*cked so.

I've been eating 10+ cans a week for the last 6 months, still alive.

OP, put up your whole detailed diet and we'll go from there.

    Read the stickies too.

I'm still standing following a can a day of tuna per day average, for the past 6 weeks.

Who said anything about me gaining weight? Who cares if i train at gym or not?
I was eating tuna cause i liked it not to gain weight.

Anyways done a bit of reading there, and came across this http://www.fishscam.com/mercuryCalculator.cfm so i think they just trying to scare you and not as dangerous as they say it is

presuming thats you in the first post, YOU were the one who said that you wanted to increase your 'size' and also mentioned your inability to put on 'weight'. as far as i can see nobody else has mentioned weight to you and nobody has suggested that you were eating tuna increase it.

Whether you train at a gym is going to be important in deciding how you should go about increasing your size, it'd be all very well if loads of people wasted their time trying to help you but all their posts were irrelevent because you don't have access to a gym.

You sound like my son. He bulked up this last summer because of his summer job for a construction company, shovleing gravel and other dirt all day for six weeks.

Also, not all girls think the same way. For one thing they look at faces more than legs and butts. Additionally, they are much more worried about their own shape. Tell a girl how beautiful she looks to you, little compliments here and there, kind of like accidental observations, they'll be flocking to you. Everyone runs around with the same worries.

Milkshakes, if you like them and have no issues with dairy, are a common way to put on weight, too. Can give you problems though if you overdo it. I am not a great dairy fan, but if you can tolerate it, its a fun treat once in a while.

    Good luck
