Hey i just wanted to get a few opinions on this.Ive noticed alot of products about lately along the lines of xyience xm2 - basically its a combination of protein, glutamine, creatine, scaas and glutamic acid(theres other ones around too just using this one as an example), and i was just wondering if theyre any good. In other words are they a good alternative to say a straight whey protein or a waste of money.

At the minute i take etyhl esther(in tablet form) and whey protein shakes im not looking to change particularly i was just curious about these products.

    Cheers in advance.

well it depends? are you looking to take the other supplements that are in it or not. If you aren't then yes I would say that it is probably a waste of money however if you are looking to get combination of these are a willing to spend a little bit more to get them pre mixed (and probably taste better then a home brew) then go ahead a knowck yourslef out.

With most products like this it is generally cheaper to buy the seperate ingredients and do it yourself, so it is more a case of if the convience of a product like this suits you or not

I wouldn't waste my time with Xyience anyway to be honest. Much better options out there if you look around for them.

Well i guess then the question im asking is what are the benefits of the above supplements in comparison to just say taking a whey protein?

Ive just noticed a few products like these around lately they seem to be popping up and was wondering what the benefits are.
I mentioned xyience mostly because it was one id seen that day and thought itd be helpful to mention one.Not really looking at that in particular.
    Cheers for teh responses lads.
