LPG connection

Hi, am buying a range cooker with gas hob and plan on using bottled LPG as there's no natural gas where I am. My plan was to store the gas cyliner behind the garage and run a gas pipe under the concrete back yard and into the house. Is this something anybody can do or should I really get someone certified to do gas…
