    Whats with the alarm bells?

    Anyways:

Breakfast: Porridge or wheatbix, Banana, Protein shake.

    Lunch: 2 chicken fillets

Hour or two later: protein shake

    Training
    Protein shake after

7 bells - maybe some Pasta or tuna

    9 bells protein shake

Any info appreciated but that would be a typical day, throwing in some fruit here and there

You're basically eating no carbs or fats. That's why you feel run down. Not from the lack of creatine.

Shakes are there to supplement your wholefood diet. Not replace it!

Now then, your day to day seems to be very short on veg, healthy fats and your carb timing is, in my opinion anyway, a bit off.

Keep the porridge and that shake for breakfast, add in some fresh fibrous veg with the chiken for lunch ( eat this about 12 or so ), eat a similar meal about 14:30 to 15:00( including some carbs from rice or something ). The shake before your workout is good and you can add more carbs if you need them. The shake after is good but you should really be replacing your carbs here, maybe 40 grams of starchy high GI carbs.

After that have a nice dinner of veg and meat a good slow digesting form of protein later in the night.

apologies, 3 day split!!! - twas early. Trying to get the BF% down - reason for the eating habits at the moment. I have been training many moons at this stage and know my body quite well, just looking at the creatine for a little boost and to lift a little heavier than usual (not to the point of injury), its been a long time since i took it and thought somebody out there could recommend a good product, anyways bought some phosphagen for the month

    cheers

As gently as i can say this, maybe you don't if you BF% is still higher than you like and your body feels tired training 3 days a week?

My own BF% is higher than i like, but dropping all the time because i am adapting my eating as my body changes.

My meal balance is perfect though and fatigue is not an issue. I still don't feel like i know my body quite well though.

Bsn Cellmas is the cratine i use and my friend is taking a new creatine tablet called purple k at the moment i didnt really like any of the maximuscle supplements so i mainly use bsn's range now. I think cellmas is one of the best creatines i have used sp far anyway!!!

BF% is up, i was away on a contract in Brussels for a while(training there when i could, 2 times a week), but living next door to a choclate shop and then a bar with over 250 different beers, (with bugger all social life) was not easy
