Anyone got 802.11n experience?

    Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with 802.11n networking, particularly with the D-Link DWA-547 PCI card? To cut a long story short, I installed this card, but the software wizard that comes with it refuses to detect it, despite Windows hardware detection picking up on it. If I try to install the driver through the Windows wizard, my entire system crashes hard shortly after the device is activated. I've tried this on both Windows XP and Vista, with exactly the same result.

I'm fairly sure that the driver is to blame for the issue. I managed to get the device working for a short time on Vista, but once it crashes, its impossible to boot the system again, and I have to return to my Last Known Good configuration. Having said all this, I'm amazed that I seem to be the only person suffering from this problem - a Google search has returned me virtually no results, but the problem doesn't appear to rest with the hardware, considering I had the device working for a very short period (and after I had experienced the problem multiple times).

Anyone got any suggestions? I realise that the device isn't actually spec'd to work with Vista, but the same problem is suffered on XP, and it seems to be easier to return to my last known good configuarion on the former.
