    Hey all,

My girlie sent this on to me. I think she wants to kill me.

I figured some people on the forum may actually want to know so here is it.

    THE '300 WORKOUT'

The workout was done by 14 members of the movie's stunt crew and one cast member. Trainer Mark Twight says the workout was done under close supervision, and he does not recommend it for the public.

    25 pull-ups
    50 deadlifts (135 pounds)
    50 push-ups
    50 jumps (on a 24-inch box)
50 floor-wipers (lying flat, the person holds a 135-pound barbell overhead, keeps legs straight and lifts them side to side so that feet touch each weight plate)
    50 clean-and-presses (36-pound kettle bell)
    25 pull-ups (again)

That she loves Gerrard Butler more than life itself. She is not trying to tell me that, she has told me that.

no harm done.. and as we mentioned before it's the diet that will get you the definition.

    Indeed.

Recently I signed up for fitday.com's free service.

I was completely shocked to see just little protein and how carb heavy my diet was. I thought my diet was good, I really thought I was eating well.

Now after a week of more careful eating I have noticed I 'feel' better.

boards.ie fitness be praised for good advice I say.

The thread topic is redundant so I thought I'd add my say on FitDay. I signed up on Thursday and like yourself, I was totally shocked by the amount of carbs in my own diet compared with protein. Time to look a bit more closely at what I'm eating.
