4 Weeks to Get Fit

I am heading away for the Summer in 4 Weeks - April 26th - and was hoping I could get advise on how to get my body back in Shape.

Last July I was quite fit and pretty toned but due to personal reasons I have piled on 2 Stone since

I am starting the LipoTrim Diet today and I know perhaps I shouldn't but I do want to lose at least a Stone.

I generally don't mind the gym and happily plough away in the gym.

    30Mins on ThreadMill - Gradient (SLope) @ 4.0 Speed Between (6.5 -10)
    30Mins on CrossTrainer - Level 5
    15Mins On Rowing Machine
    20 Laps in the Pool

I just randomly decide what to do and the above wouldn't be what I stick to always.

Would 2 hours a day in the gym be enough or over-doing it?

If I get a strain and feel muscle pain should I rest for a day or try and "break" through it (I have got different opinion on this)

    Thanks for any advice :)

There's no way you'll increase fitness on the lipotrim diet. You can lose weight alright but even if you somehow, miraculously, have the energy (ie calories!) to do anything at the gym your body will be too busy starving to do any kind of super-compensation.

If you do try it, at least don't do the swimming last, you'll probably pass out and drown!

lipotrim is evil (IMO) and a scam. Ok you will lose weight but you will look the same shape just less on the scales. It's a marketing ploy similar to the special K challenge etc.

in a month on a strict whole food diet you could lose 10lbs easy and healthy.
post you diet for a given day and we can dicuss it.

try 6 meals a day, cut out packaged/processed foods, alcohol(if you want too lose it that quickly), fruit and veg are a must.

your gym program could do with some weight training a mix of heavy lifting and cardio will up you metalbolism and thus burn over calories. and I'm guessing that you could run the threadmill at that incline a little faster
