Anyone got any latest news on this Irish co. After a flurry of M&A last year which put a small rocket under the share price, it seems to be all quiet for some time and the SP is heading south?

Aren't they construction dependent? That would explain some downward momentum.

Hi there. I had invested €4000 in Siteserv plc and the shares are now worth only €1000 following news the company is to be sold.

Anyone with any advice on what I should do. Should I hang on and accept a total write down on their value or should I take the €3000 hit and sell now.

    Thanks

Apparently dennis obrien has bought it for 45million euro and shareholders are getting 3cent per share. Just heard on newstalk news.

Me again! As I am down nearly €2000 on Siteserv at the moment I had a thought and wanted to double check.

If I purchase €7,000 of Siteserv's shares today at €0.031 when O'Brien purchases for €0.0392 will my shares be automatically swallowed up giving me approx €1,800? Or, because I am purchasing following his declaration would my €7,000 be a big risk?

I don't want to get bitten twice although if my plan above worked I would really reduce that initial €2,000 loss I'm making at the moment!

    Many thanks.

    Hi,
The real name of this enterprise is Selfserve, or Lookafteryermates! Why act like the Fianna Fàilers and have every little politician taking the odd brown envelope? Think big - the odd hundred million to your pals saves a lot of time and looks way better - until the people wise up!
