    Just a quick blow on my trumpet

    Client of mine was voted Most Stylish woman in Ireland last night at the VIP stlye awards.

    I have worked with her for almost 3 years now and she will be most likely featured in the papers. She started at just over 13stone and a size 16 and has slimmed down to just over 10st and a size 10.

    Overall she has applied everything i have taught her and it was not all smooth and steady progress - plenty of tears and sore muscles.

    Sorry for sounding like a big headded ejit, i just feel people should know that that kind of progress takes practice, consistency and ever changing programs.

    3 years ago at size 16 and 13stone would she have even been in the running?
    I don't think so!

    Nothing to be sorry about Dom, i think, and im sure other will agree it's something to be proud of.

    Haha. Its Caroline.
    I remember she won that reality tv show to become a presenter and she was a big girl. No wonder she lost a bit of weight given the job she was doing.

    The winner was Lisa Fitzpatrick. She's a stylist and a very successful one at that. She is occasionally found on Ireland AM doing the fashion segments.
