    Going to give this a lash as i train like this mostly but i do not see any mention of a 10kg plate for the hindu squats?

    Hey Dom,

    as per the "rules" ( hate that word ) people can scale up should they want to. It can be hard to predict everyones ability in certain area's so anyone who wants to kick up to workout somewhat can do so.

    For example, i would expect 20 pushups to be a walk in the park for you!
