Hopefully I'll have a half hour or so to train tomorrow moring, so it'll either be this, or else the "three bars of death" off crossfit.
Either way I imagine pain will feature a strong part

The Farmers Walk eh? Do people do this often in the gym? I don't recall ever seeing it being carried out in a gym, ... just on Eurosport strongest man competitions.

You can simulate the farmers walk in the gym by using 2 heavy dumbbells rather than the yokes those guys use.

I'd imagine it's not done often probably due to space restriction?

I'm going to give this a try.....at some stage!

Which is exactly why it's in there. It's a great excercise.

The 50% of BW is the total of the two dumbells, though you can scale it up if you would like.

I will be doing about 90% of my considerable 240 lbs! :p

I find that any gym that has squash or tennis courts usually has a long-ish stretch of straight walkway outside them- perfect for the Mucker's Walk!
