Is that 2LB weight, or body fat?

I wanna lose about 3/4lb body fat in next 2 weeks

I'm guessing I'd have to burn more calories than I eat

    According to l'internet, l1b = about 3,500 calories! So 4lb would be about 14,000! :O

So, I'd have to burn that AFTER burning the food I eat

I'd plan on doing 3 days of cardio a week, incl 2 spin classes and 1 day of running and swimming

any help with this would be great!

    cheerz

    cheers!

Accordin to that thread my daily calorific needs are about 3000 calories

So, If I stay under 2,500 per day, and get that 2,500 from healthy sources, should my fat % drop?

    Short answer: yes.
    Long answer: it depends....

You could easily eat 2,500kcals worth of "healty" carbs, but it doesn't mean you'd lose weight.

Hmm, but its still 500 less than the full 3000, thats the part I dont get!

my balance and intake for today was terrible :(

    [Stupid carbs are everywhere!]

    75% Carbs / 10% Protein / 15% fat - 1337 [not leet imo!] total Calories

But, I havent been hungry all day, and did 45 mins of Cardio a la gym, and about 120 mins walkin

    Any more suggestions?
