    Using concept 2 rower-30 mins.

Treadmill 20 mins broken down by 3 min sprints and 2 min gentle jog.

    30 Min gentle walk outdoors.

Doing above 4-5 days per week.

Consuming approx 2000-2300 cals per day.

What weight can I expect realistically to loose per week.

Wow, you're not asking much, or telling us much either.

First off whats you're diet like ? you say you're eating 2000 - 2300 calories per day. but what ?

Secondly, You're work out looks a little weak, just a rower and a treadmill, and a 30 min walk ?.

Try and include some light weights before the work out.

You're going to loose weight if you keep to you're own plan.

however it will take you a long time to get to 12st - 13 st.

    I'm a 5' 10" male and im 90 Kgs. and i have been now for the last 3 - 4 months.
But my biceps, tights etc have increased in size over that time.

Are you going to a gym or are you just working out at home ?

    13:30 Banana

    14:00 workout.

16:00 4 slices wholemeal toast and two bananas. or wrap with chicken, onions and peppers. 2 cups tea

    18:00 snack: apple, pineapple, mango

Dinner: 20:00 Grilled salmon*1 or 2*chicken with normally two veg or just with 60g wholegrain rice.

Am working out from home looking to add an extra cardio equipment-suggestions welcome:)

Realise that to achieve my ultimate goal will take time, immediate goal to maintain my 36 inch trouser waist, burst the button last week:o

Do you get out of bed at 12 ? why are you not eating before 12 am ??

You're diet isnt really great I'll be honest, ( not that i can talk )

You're Dinner is a little late in the day, 8 pm is the last time you should be eating.
You need to eat more, go back and read this
G'em spent ages writing it, so you should spend a while and work out the math.

Also go logon to Fitday, and keep a track of what you're eating, you're body will go in to starvation mode if you do not eat enough.

just to let u know i was 20stone on 9/10/06 and this week im 17 stone so that works out at 1.7lbs a week. now some weeks obviously i lost more than others and some weeks nothing at all.......and some weeks even put up a bit but this was through consistant training and a dramatic change of diet from the muck i used to eat. im aiming for 2 more stone but im realistic enough to know that its going to take as long as above and maybe even more. i have lost lots of weight in little time periods before but it all went back up again. the moral of the story is the slow and steady (and hard!) way is the best

/edit i might add with great help from reading the advice given on this forum!!! thanks everyone
