Carbonated water

Just wondering is carbonated water bad for you. I drink about 1 to 2 litres of this per day. Is it bad for your teeth? Is this the same as drinking 1 to 2 litres of still water? I just find it easier and nicer to drink carbonated water that still water...

    Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, sparkling water contains alot more salt than normal water.

not necessarily. Regular fizzy water just has carbon dioxide added to it to make it fizz. Club soda may have salt added to it but the best thing to do is check the label.

OP drink it as much as you like - if the label says the only ingredient is water, knock yourself out.
