Power Problems with c510

Hello New to this so here goes. Bought Garim C510 yesterday, was really happy with it. Today ,when i tried to turn unit on ,it would not power up. Tried to charge it through lighter in car, no joy. have had it connected to computer all day ,no joy either. has anyone else had the same problem? Thank you Johnny.

Sounds the like the unit is faulty return where you baought it from and get a replacemnet
