Does it have chondroitin in it...?

I've heard a few people say its not tthat beneficial unless it's taken with chondroitin. I should probably have a read and see cos if it's ok to use without i'llprobably get some.

Tell me, would this glucosamine stuff be any good for a knee injury I picked up a while back? The joints in my left knee are quite sore when I put any weight on them and as such I haven't been able to do any leg exercises for almost a month. Its getting slightly better now but I'm wondering if this glucosamine would speed up recovery in any way.

Yea, let those who are crook of joint and bent of back feast upon the Glucosamine, for surely it is God's greatest gift to athletes. Coach4:12

This stuff is awesome. 90% of my joint complaints are taken care of by this stuff. Though as Hanley says the stuff with chondroiton in it is best at it increases the bioavailability (how easily the body absorbs it).

    Hope this helps

Does it really work.. studies seem to say no. the one that found it worked was sponsored by a company making it so thats obviously going to be biased. I took this before and didnt find it helped at all. My mother no longer takes it for her arthritis cos she found no improvement. but read recently (cant remember where) that its approved as a medicine in europe but not in america.
And i was wondering is it a case that they havent proven HOW it works so they cant say that it works....
wondering if should give it another try. anyone get any side effects?
