Transform Nutrition Gives Lecture Next week

May be of interest to some.

Giving a talk in conjunction with NCI (National college of Ireland) next week. They are holding a health week and i will be giving a lecture on optimal nutrition at 1pm next tuesday the 27th march.

I do not know which lecture hall it will be held in and i am sure those that are interested will find out.

The NCI is situated in the IFSC.

I am sure that anyone can come along as its a free college event as far as i am aware.

Will be covering all aspects of nutrition - gaining weight. dropping weight, the right mix of foods before during and after training, optimal supplementation etc

When you say anyone I assume you mean anyone off the street, not just NCI students?

Woah hanley, one step at a time man! just because you go to college doesnt mean you hav to go to lectures, haha:D im only messin, i just need to get my act together and start goin. t'wud b an interesting lecture tho, thanks for the tip transform, wil do my best to go, even if it means skippin off my own:p

I live in California these days so unfortunately I won't be able to attend.
I'd be interesting in hearing it though.
What would the chances be of someone recording it and letting people download it?
Would you even be agreeable to that, Transform?
