    I have no idea of how accurate they are but they have the advantage of being cheat-proof. The little knob in the picture saying 'press' clicks in and locks your reading. They came with a handy table of how to make the measurements and the different areas to measure for men and women.

    Some of the others might be able to give you a better review of other types though.
