Training tonite, any tips

    ok, training (gaa) is gonna be very hard tonite. Will be mainly sprints.(400m, 200m, 100m, etc

    any tips to help get through it.

    (i will be hydrated and will be eating about 4 hours before)

    don't eat much, judging by any gaa training I've ever done.
    My manager used to say "if your not getting sick after it, your not trying hard enough" :rolleyes:
