Hey guys so heres the story im 16 y/o, 75kg and around 5.8

I don't really eat much i have the occasional snack here and there, also i don't eat meals every day, mostly drink water, don't work/go to school.
So basically i just sit around on the computer all day, i own some fitness equipment like... Boxing back,threadmill,50kg weights (barbell/dumbells).

I would like to loose some weight but also maybe gain some muscle, my problem area is my chest (manboobs) lol, thing is i don't have a bench, i also go the gym once every few weeks but im going to go more frequent in the next while.
So what i was wondering is there like any diets or programs that someone could recommend? and also i would like to start taking some supplements that you could recommend...

    Thanks :)

Your diet is a very important part of your fitness. Not everybody can eat the recommened six meals a day granted, but at least eat three regular meals. You don't have to totally give up snacking but be sensible and keep it to a minimum and adjust accordingly - i.e don't eat high carb stuff late at night, eat fruit rather then biscuits if you find you're eating excessive amounts of junk, etc. The stickies are a good place to start, they're fairly comphrehensive. 75kg sounds fairly high for a 16 year old of your height, so get the diet sorted fairly rapidly and you're have a good foundation built before you even pick up a weight or step out the door.

Low intensity cardio - good for fat loss (or moob loss)

Weights are also good for shedding weight but once you loose alot of the excess weights alone won't reduce the last bits - cardio will do that.

As for a program you can do utilising your current stuff....I prefer not to give advice on something like that, as I'm still a lurker on these parts that takes in and stores info (like a hamster). But physical exercise is also covered a million times over in various threads - as a 16yo male, you're in a good position to start weights, and can easily follow the countless number of threads started by guys in similar situations.

    And...good luck.
