i just started work in a supermarket from 10pm- 6am stocking shelves. Its very physical work-Climbing up and down ladders/ pushing trolleys etc. And iv noticed that ive lost a few pounds(I havnt been eating any differently) Break is from 2-3 where i dont eat as I have a big meal before I go to work. I normally sleep till 2/3 the next day as im in again at 10. This is 5 days a week

    Is that work enough exercise?

It was the same for me when I started on the floor in dunnes, but no its not. Your body will quickly get used to the added workload and adapt, so unless you lift progressively heavier boxes or go from shelf to shelf faster or whatever you won't continue to see a loss in weight. Speaking from experience of course.

Beg pardon, but am I mis-reading your post, or are you saying that you don't eat at all throughout the course of an eight-hour shift of a physically strenuous job?
