Hey lads and ladies, i was looking at this thread and you all seem to know alot about training progammes.

I was wondering if anyone could help me? I need a weight training programme that will build my shoulder, arms and chest muscles.

i do Taekwon-do and my leg muscles are huge in comparison so i want to build up my upper body. I know in martial arts this is not desirable but come summer time i want to look good in a tee-shirt:D

    Im 6' 1", 21yrs old and weigh 13stone

Post up your daily diet and training for the week and we can help more specifically.

    Cheers.

Daily diet: usually consists of a cup of tea for breakfast (2slices of toast if i have time)

Lunch: usually a roll of chicken and bacon for protein

Dinner: usually steak or chicken with either potatoes or rice.
I usually use one maximuscle cyclone drink after the gym

My gym routine usually consists of Monday wednesday friday and saturday.

    all reps 3x10
    I usually do benchpress (65kg)
    Arm curls (50kg)
Over shoulder pull down of (85kg) (machine)

    between 50-60 situps
I really dont excercise my legs as they are usually worn out from taekwon-do

I usually finish up by doing 10mins on the rowing machine and 10mins on a bike as a cool down

Any help at all would be appreciated!
