Gymnastic type exercise, name of?

This is kind of hard to explain but I'm looking for the name of a particular type of gymnastics (I suppose) which involves twisting your body a rope suspended from a high ceiling (not unlike pole-dancing). I saw a girl doing it in the Lost Vagueness tent at the Electric Picnic last year (couldn't find it on the website) and I'd love to try it. Does anyone know what this is called...

I doubt you can just learn it, like I said, its for the circus!

So unless your a full time professional entertainer in this kind of business, you probably wouldnt find many places to learn it

Funny you should mention belfast as its the only place that has a circus school in the country, http://belfastcircus.org/

They do adult beginner classes on a wednesday or thursday for about 3 pounds a class, which is very cheap. Give them a call to confirm.
