hi guys...Quick question to those in the knowledge...

i havent exercised in a while but i do walk to work everyday(15-20 mins)

lately...ive found that if i need to be there a bit sooner id need to walk a bit quicker and hence exerting my steps some more.

In doing so, the muscle just to the front right of my chin becomes rock hard and then extremely sore as it tightens up the muscle and restrains it.

Is this Chin splints?... i mean...i dont run on a regular basis and ive heard that is majoritively associated with this? that correct?

any Advice would be Appreciated :)

Just relax your jaw muscles whilst walking. :)
