    Hey Guys,

I'm currently a member of Total Fitness malahide road and find its gone beyond budy in the evening at peek times. Anytime agter 6pm i avoid the place like mad. So i tend to go early as i can to avoid the rush but work sometimes stops me from doing this....

    Soooooo......

Because i can use either Sandyford and Castleknock i'm just wondering do either of these be any quiter in the evenings? Was in Sandyford a while back and was still pretty busy but not too bad.

Anyone know when its quite or whats it like in the evenings in Castleknock?
(the one at the blach M50 exit)

    Cheers Guys!!

I'm usually in Sandyford any where from 3 to 5 times a week, it's not that bad after 6 pm, it can a little crazy on mondays betweenn 6 and 7 but thats about it.

Well if your travelling from the Malahide direction the time you'll spend in traffic travelling to Castleknock would be better spent warming up in Malahide!.

TF in Castleknock is just as busy.
