I got very lucky, I push UTG for 13k with Td8d and get 2 callers with AQ and A2 and I hit the 8 on the river. Next hand I get KK and knock someone out, so I am on 42k now

write them an email- explaining that you were blinded down from 20k to 0 - they can check the logs im sure

and that you're taking your business to somewhere else if there's nothing done

make it clear that your connection was 100% - (playing other poker site at same time etc.)

be friendly, but frank if you know what i mean

Gone in 38th, had only 41k. I was on BB with k8o and the SB puts me all in with another 20k for me so auto call. I get 8 on turn and he gets A on river. Had a good enough game. Played pretty ABC poker and only invested $40 so no complains there.
