    Is it any good? I'm going through a box set buying frenzy at the moment, and it looks pretty good, but critical consensus seems to say it's tripe. But then again, I heard Elfen Lied was gratuitous crap, bought it anyway, and was very impressed and touched by it.

    Like many series that Gonzo is involved with, it starts off great and then turns to ****e. I wouldn't recommend you buy it.
