for problems I'm having with my groin?

It's a problem I've had a while which I think stems from overcompensating an ankle ligament problem I picked up in a GAA match.

The muscle is incredibly weak and just needs to be built up (I think), hopefully there is no lasting damage but I really want to get it sorted.

It might also stem from the fact that I walk on the outside of my foot a lot due to arthritis in my big toe therefore I may have neglected some of the muscles leaving them to waste a bit.

For what it's worth, I've had a lot of trouble with my groin. Worst thing I did was play on for a month or two with the problem. I should have stopped and got it looked after, then I probably would have been fit by now! (Still having problems many months on). I know you probably don't want to stop playing, miss being out there etc, but it'll be well worth it in the end.

I went to a physio for mine, but he couldn't do anything really as it was an adductor strain which seemingly is hard to act on. If you stand up, put your two fists between your knees and squeeze - does it hurt?
