A barbell and plates is all you need to get started mate.

    chest:- Bench pressing

    Shoulders:- Military Press, upright rows,

Back:- Dead lifts, bent over rows

Legs:- Squats, squats, squats and calf Raises!

    Have you any dumbells?

Sets are the amount of times you repeatedly do one exercise (rep).
You should be aiming to do definately more than 5 reps in one set.
You have to find what works best for you ie:

    Bench Press: 3 Sets/8 reps with 20kg

I am guessing you haven't lifted anything before so you must start with light weights to get proper form down.

Drop the reps slightly but try to increase the Sets.
