    Hey there fit people.

I have noticed recently in the last few weeks or so that my left hip is cracking(like a knuckle) every time i stand up or move around or whatever. My right hip and my shoulders are at it as well but to a slightly lesser extent.
I am exceedingly unfit but I have taken to running for 15-20 mins in the evenings for the last few months.

Anyone got any ideas on this? Should I worry about it or just continue to ignore it? Is there something I'm missing from my diet that is essential to quiet running joints? am I just allergic to excercise?

O.k. I think I've overused my "?" key a bit there but any advice would be cool,
    cheers,
    stagolee

Disregard this advice; it won't help your hip at all.

If you can try and see a physio. Your GP will probably just refer you to one and charge you 40 quid for the pleasure.

There can be umpteen reasons for this...I'm going through the same myself plus lots of pain.

Try and book an appointment with sports physio that someone has personally recommended to you.

As I said, this could be down to literally hundreds of possible conditions. Seeing a GP would be a good first port of call, as he/she may diagnose you with a condition that you need a 'script' for, physios can't RX you any drugs.
