    well it's usefulness will be dependant on what the rest of your diet is like, so what is the rest of your diet like

    Usually start off the day with kellogs start cereal and a protein shake
    at 10 id have a bowl of porridge and milk
    for lunch id try have sumthing with chicken or tuna in it
    bananna and apple at 4
    chicken sandwich when i get home
    off to the gym then
    protein shake when i get back
    bowl of cereal b4 i go bed

    try hitting the gym 4 times a week sumtimes 5

    Post your routine, height, weight, rough BF% and goals.

    im 6 foot 13 stone and have bout 12%bf
    Work out 4/5 times a week
    wanna put on more muscle
