Upper body cardio???

Guys, I've been working hard the last while in the gym, and on Saturday I went out for the first time this year, and somehow or another I managed to severely sprain my left ankle. I'll need physio on it and weeks of rest so my workout is pretty much out the window.
I'm going to keep going with thepushups, and chinups, lats pull-downs, core work. Anything where I don't need to use my feet. Obviously this is going to seriously dent any leg work I've been doing, but what I'm more worried about is continuing Fat loss, which had up til now been going great.
So my question is this: is there anyway of doing cardio without engaging my ankles whatsoever?

You can use low weight dumbells and do exercises very quickly, all sorts of combinations, bicep curls truning into arnold presses and lat work.

I know this sounds non PC but a wheel chair and some laps of a 400m track in it if you are truly awful at swimming

If your gym's one of the ones with millions of different cardio machines, just check they don't have any arm bikes - I noticed today that mine has a couple hiding away.

There's also the option of aqua aerobics if you can manage that on your ankle.
