    water, milk

Cycle into work 8.15 (6 miles)

    Coffee at 9am

    Mid-morning 10.00
Brown bread sandwich, tuna, little mayonnaise, maybe some cheese

Half hour after that - 1 Animal pak multivitamins

    Gym 12:30 - 1 hour weights
Whey protein shake with water + 5gm creatine after gym

    Lunch 1:45
Wholewheat pasta with homemade sauce consisting of
Mince, canned tomatoes + puree, veg
    garlic/herbs+spices/little salt/pepper/sugar
    Tea

    Coffee at 3pm

Afternoon - some nuts if hungry

    Late afternoon - 4pm ish
Brown bread sandwich, tuna, little mayonnaise

    Cycle home 5.30 (6 miles)

Some fruit after getting home 6.30pm

    Football training 8-9pm
    During training - homemade drink:

I dont really have any thought because I dont know what your goal is?

My main goal is to get fitter + stronger!

Ha ha, no seriously, ok should really have said something about what I wanted to get out of it at the start. My training is in 2 parts really - the primary part is football in the evenings which at the moment is fairly tame, the old manager left last year and now we just do a couple of drills and play 2 touch 6/7-a-side games for an hour. (Last year there would have been an extra hour fitness stuff). The 2nd part is weight training - I do that usually at lunchtime in the gym, would do 3/4 sessions a week. The cycling to/from work is more out of not wanting to spend 2.5 hours a day on Dublin Bus!

The reason I posted it was because I'd like a little feedback on the diet side of things - in relation to the training am I getting the right food in

Fúck me! Do you actually work aswell?:D ;)
Sounds like a very productive day!
The Diet is interesting but maybe a little variety might brighten it up?
Surely it's not great to eat the same thing every day?
