    My gym has recently started offering a workout almost identical to curves.(30secons running 30 seconds weights)
    I have done it for the past two weeks however,I am not sore after it and am wondering is 30 mins 3/4 times a week enough to lose weight. I don't have loads to lose, about 1 1/2stone and I eat healthy enough. I really enjoy doing it however, I don't want to do it for the next two months and see no results!
