Clutter free setup with new widescreen display :cool:

LunaQQ theme & Summer Breeze wallpaper. Only downside to the widescreen is that my wallpaper collection I built up over the years is now mostly 1280x1024 which looks crap, will have to hunt down some new replacements.

Big version + more of LunaQQ [almost 1MB each]

Nope just use the Neowin UxTheme DLL patcher which will allow you to use skins based of XP's native skinning engine (which was created for Luna the default theme). Microsoft restricted it's use by only showing themes that are digitally signed by them the patcher basically allows unsigned themes to be used.

When you run the patcher wait for the system protection to pop up then dismiss it and then click on reboot and after that place any theme you want in the :\windows\resources folder.

e.g. C:\windows\resources\lunaqq\lunaqq.msstyle

You can double click on the file to apply it there & then or bring up the appearance tab in the display properties.

Any fonts go in the :\windows\fonts folder.

Well, here's my desktop (well, one of them anyway ), and it may not be the nicest looking, or the best choice of fonts... But I'd reckon it's one of the most unusual...

Don't work for me, just creates link to desktop on the taskbar beside the tray. :mad:

You have to drag it out, make sure 'lock the task bar' is unchecked.

How do you get rid of the icons on the your desktop and keep the ones in the ones on the desktop bar? If I delete the icons on my desktop they disapear on the side bar?

Unrealistic res? Hehe, it's actually a genuine screenshot... Not sure how I can prove it though... It's definitely not a bog standard Amiga, but a genuine Amiga nonetheless...:)

Right click on screen, arrange items by, n un-tick show desktop items
