is it ok to go to health spa by yourself?

    i dont know anyone that can afford or would be into it .. i just want to go for a detox programme .. is it unusaul to do that by yourself or do people normally go with someone ? i mean you would go to beauty salon/gym alone & its fine, only thing with health spa is your staying there .. anybody ever gone to one alone ?

    well i went to powerscourt on my own. just for the day and i would say that it is absolutely fine to go on your own. plenty of people were there on their own. you will get talking to people and anyway you are there to relax and enjoy the treatments, so bring a book and mp3 player and enjoy the break away.

    i was thinking of doing a detox programme to detox and lose weight, so i prob would be there overnight , but its not like ur really doing it for fun or anything, but it would be relaxing .. most of the places offer double rooms , deals for to etc , that put me off. but theres some resorts in wales/england that maybe ill look at aswell.
