    Ok short and simple
    * Finshed college did no fitness work over the holiday
    * Big Cup match coming up with the college
    * Need to get my fitness back
    What is the best way to get fitness back?


    P.s I play soccer btw!! Also what is a good type of food for energy?

    How long since you left college/exercised regularly & how soon is the cup match?

    Ah the 14th was the last day I did any type of training. I had to do a fitness test. I have played 3 games of 5 a side soccer since then. As for the game its 10th or something of Feb im not too sure when it is!

    Drink plenty of water, go running and get a skipping rope for some endurance.
