    Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to catch up with the rest of the team who will be training hard for 2 months before I can start. I want to be at their level in 4 weeks, so I was thinking that if they trained twice a week I should do additional weights twice a week and maybe interval running once.

Is that enough to catch up in that time??

Also for taking whey protein is it best to take before training or are the best results to be gained from weight training??
