How to launch a fishing boat

I need to ask some elementary questions about launching and retrieving small fishing boats....

For example a 14ft Fishing boat with a cuddy.. http://fishingboats.apolloduck.ie/feature.phtml?id=46149

I realise there would be some weight in that boat especially with the cuddy and engine, but how difficult is it to launch and retrieve this kind of boat from a slipway?
Do you need to let the road trailer down into the sea and then roll the boat off?
What about retrieving the boat then, how difficult would it be to get the boat out and up onto the trailer?
Could it be done by one person?

    Thanks!

From a slipway to launch the boat provided there is enough water under the keel it should be a pretty straightforward matter of just reversing your car down the slipway until the end roller is in the water and just releasing the ratchet and letting it float off, but if there is not enough water then you will have to dunk the wheels in the water it also helps if you can lift the bow a couple of inches off the trailer to help the boat slip down the rollers.
The most difficult thing about retrieving the boat will be to line up the keel with the rollers it helps if u have someone to help u
