Aldi Exercise Bike

So, I've been looking for an exercise bike, that would suit me (13 stone, 6 foot 6), and finally, I found one. The exercise bike in Aldi. Its f*cking great. Really happy with it. Esp for the price(€229.99). Was in some fitness shop, and the max resistance on the best there was like a "8" on the Aldi bike (and it was over the €300 mark). The Aldi one goes up to "32", and is really easy to enter your own program into it.

As it's adjustable, it also suits the smaller people in my family, so all round, I think its great value for money:cool: Would recommend it to anyone looking for an exercise bike.

Just did a 10 minute 5KM, and a 10 minute 6KM (but with more resistance) cycle. My legs are gonna be jelly in the morning, no doubt :/

Hows it going. Getting on to you about exercise bike. Was that bike a run tec?
If so would you have the user manual. Pedals on mine have seized up.
    Cheers

It's probably been lost in the 8 intervening years.

8 years is a bit long to expect a response, tbh. Good luck with getting your manual.
