Clicking Joints

    Hey i have a problem when weight lifting, the joints in my arms are always clicking this really frustrates me and i just give up... is it because of weak joints? Is there a way to fixed this? Any advice appreciated

    start taking your cod liver oil. Clicking joints can be a number of reasons but cod liver oil usually solves most of them.

    K i have 1000mg capsules here it says take 1-3 a day ? how many would you recommend?

    Ask your pharmacist about glucosamine. Here's an article about it.

    make sure to get the one with condroitin in it. Improves absorbtion. Try udo's choice as an alternative to cod liver oil.

    Ahhh yes... i have this (quite a bit)

    It can be due fo a few reasons. Here are a couple:
    1. tight tendons
    2. dislocation of joint
    3. damaged cartlidge
    4. muscle imbalance

    Basically it can be caused by a number of reasons. I would recommend seeing a Physical Therapist (I know a good one near U.C.D. if thats near) and check it out.

    Could be nothing at all, could be something!!!
