    Do steppers like the Lateral Thigh Trainer really work for toning, etc? I got one (a different make though) in Elverys for those days when I can't make it to the gym. Or am I after throwing some moneys down the drain? Would 30 mins a day every day get results?

    It wouldn't hurt, and it's certainly better than not doing any training. try skipping as an alternative. Also good.

    If you can use it at home when you'd normally be sitting down doing nothing, then it's very good, yeah. In terms of exercise, it's no rowing machine or treadmill, but chances are you wouldn't use them instead, so yeah - every home should have one.

    Ok cool, thanks! Yah it would just be for when I'm at home and can't go to the gym, so get up on the stepper rather than just sitting down on the couch.
