Salter kitchen digital scales €12 (maybe €13) in argos sales

    You really need a decent scales if you are going to calulate your calories correctly. There is no point posting up diets of "bowl of porridge" "sandwich". Some people eat porridge out of mixing bowls with a pint of milk. The "portion" size on packs is usually far less than what people usually eat, I eat 60g of porridge flakes in a go which is twice the portion on the pack.


    Salter are a top brand for scales, it is reduced from €30 to either 12 or 13 in the sales in argos, doesnt seem to be on their site but is in the mini booklet in argos.

    I got one of these a few weeks ago and knocked a couple of hundred calories of my daily intake without even feeling it. One of the most important things you can own if your into your diet.

    Yep. Totally agree with you rub. Anyone who's serious about their training needs a decent scales. At 12 bucks, this sounds like very good value for money.
