    Hi,

I have been off the smokes for a week now, and im now looking to get myself fit again after 10 years abusing my body. However, I rang a local gym and was quoted the above and to say i am little shock is an understatement.

Should i be expecting to pay €66 a month or is it the fact that it is Jan and this is something the gyms expect people to pay this time of year?

I live in clondalkin if that helps...

I'm no expert on the subject, but Northwood in Santry, where I'm a member, is offering a years membership for €345 at the minute. It's a brand new gym, good facilities.
