Try not to eat anything substantial at least two hours before you work out. You can maybe grab a small snack about a half an hour before you work-out to sustain energy, if you wish. for something like Aerobics, you can then have a Carb-heavy meal afterwards, although I would advise (given the lateness of your work-out, not to mention wanting to lose weight) keeping this small.
To be honest with you, it's quite a small amount of exercise to be doing per week, and so what you eat isn't going to be that critical (assuming it's already a typical healthy diet and you don't eat it on the way to the gym). Is the aerobics class for 1 hour? Probably. In which case you want to aim to be exercising 3 or four times a week.
Fair play to you for getting started, though. hopefully you'll get the bug and won't be able to stay.
