    Hi mate,
Its probably R.A.M your looking for. Its a complete package without the creatine and has the perfect 2:1 carbs to protein ration. 30g of whey per serving in (my fave) Orange, and Strawberry.
they come in a 1.5kg tub and go at €34.99 - €30 to everyone on boards as usual! :)

The EAS product your taking is just whey protein. R.A.M has whey protein and carbs in the proper 2:1 ratio. so for every gram of protein there is 2g of carbs. Its a complete after training supplement with added electrolytes, sodium, Glutamine AKG, Arginine AKG with added vits and minerals.

Hi Jon. I already use the heat UA for training so I'm alright for that, but have to say they are a great bit of kit. Will you be getting in the one for keeping you cool? I plan to use one for the Shara.

RAM is a great PWO drink- instead of having to mess around with putting glucose in your whey it's all there for you. It's a great recovery drink, or some people drink it during the workout too for getting the carbs in while you work out. Plain whey is still great to have during the day, but strictly for post workout this is the shizznizz.

The orange flavour is loooovely ;)

Hey Jon I don't suppose those UA clothes come in full lenght body suits like the ones some swimmers wear???? I do a lot of hunting and shooting and the most annoying thing is when your jacket and jumper ride up and the wind whips up your back. These would prevent it perfectly

I have searched everywhere for clothing like that and just cannot find it.

Odysseus - you are running the Shara? Is that the marathon de Sables (7 marathon thing).
You thought you were a bit mad - must be all that water you drink:D :D

Although they don't do full length, the compression long sleeve shirt and leggings act as one! They basically stick to your frame and don't move like normal fabric. I recommend the UA cold gear for that!
Let me know if your interested.

    Jon
