    Lads,
Any of you ever do this or have anything good or bad to say about it, is it a good way to lose weight or just a short answer?

It is bull****, it simply dehyrates you. It is only used by boxers and jockeys or other sports where they aim to be in a certain weight range. So a 180lb boxer might dehyrate himself 10lb, to be classed in a lower weight division though he has more muscle than the average 170lb man.
then they drink it back after the weigh in. It messes up your system and is certainly not recommended unless you are a professional in these sports.

Same apparent weight loss is seen in saunas, though they may have some other medical benefits.
