Spinning Classes in Dublin

Does anyone know of drop-in or pay as you go spinning classes in Dublin? I've been a member of the Sheldon Park Leisure centre for a couple of years now - my membership is due for renewal but I'm reluctant to go back. They haemorrhage staff there and as soon as one good instructor has his/her feet under the table they seem to disappear off to another gym leaving the members with a newbie once again. If I could find drop in spinning classes then I'd prefer to do that as spinning is the one kind of exercise I really enjoy... If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

    Happy New Year!
