Not a mommy, but just thought I'd chime in that I've heard good things about Bio Oil for reducing stretch-marks. As for the looseness, you're young so it should reduce over time. If it's been stretched too much to recover from I don't think there's currently any non-surgical solution.

    Hi Micha,

A little bit of hard work and a bit of forward thinking in regards to diet should help. Read the stickies for some great advice on that front. Skin is elastic and contractile in nature. Regular exercise and proper diet will increase the elasticity of the skin and an increase in lean muscle will also help to frim up the skin.

I'd also recomend following a program of exercsie such as Pilates to increase muscle strength in the core and lower abdominal region. Mnay women after pregnacy have weakened lower abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles. Pilates utiises these muscle groups in nearly every movement and exercise.

    Finally, congratulations.
